Eight human rights groups - including B'Tselem, Yesh Din, and Physicians for Human Rights – petitioned the High Court of Justice to order the demolition of houses of terrorists in response to terrorist attacks illegal.
According to the petitioners, the use of the emergency directive provision to justify the demolition of houses of terrorists does not comply with International law and Israeli law.
