Foreign Ministry director-general: 'Currently no knowledge of Israeli casulties in Nepal quake

The director-general of the Foreign Ministry Nissim Ben Shitrit said Saturday afternoon that "as of now, there is no knowledge of Israeli casualties" as a result of the earthquake that hit nepal.

Ben Shitrit said that there were about 200 Israelis that have been 'out of contact' since the earthquake.

The director-general made the statements during a special news conference held Saturday in the wake of the earthquake.
