Ayalet Shaked in the Knesset: "The British NUS boycott- new guise of anti-Semitism"
Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked labeled the British National Union of Student’s decision to boycott Israel “a new guise of anti-Semitism”. Shaked continued in saying that “we are talking about a campaign based in de-legitimization, slander, and damage to the state of Israel.
Shaked’s speech was interrupted several times, as she stated that: “if someone thinks that withdrawals are helpful they are mistaken. The biggest diplomatic terror attacks against the state of Israel are enacted due to Israeli actions in Gaza, from which we withdrew down to the last centimeter.”
