Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas presented an honorary medal Wednesday to the parents of Mohammed Abu Khdeir, a Palestinian teen who was killed by Israeli in a revenge attack after three Israeli teenagers were kidnapped and killed by Hamas operatives in the West Bank last year.
