Seven Arab citizens of Israel aligned with ISIS accused of plotting attacks against military targets in Israel

Cleared for publication: Seven Arab citizens of Israel are accused of acquiring illegal weapons, making contact with an Israeli member of ISIS in Syria and planning a shooting attack in the northern Israeli city of Migdal Haemek.

The seven, residents of the Lower Galilee and who identify with ISIS, are said to have been plotting to attack military and police targets. One of the accused is currently serving a life sentence for his involvement in the murder of a taxi driver in 2009.

The details of the case were submitted in a letter to the Nazareth district court on Thursday morning, which was cleared for publication.
