Shin Bet and IDF: Attack was carried out by organized Palestinian cell
The Shin Bet and IDF have a general direction as to the identity of the perpetrators of Thursday night's terror attack. The attack was apparently carried out by an organized Palestinian cell with an infrastructure base, and not a "lone wolf" attacker.
