IDF officer raises alarm at Haifa train station after believing terrorist was on it
An IDF officer fired into the air on a train heading south from Haifa's HaShmona Railway station on Thursday morning after several other soldiers, who believed they identified a suspicion man, called out "Terrorist! Terrorist!"
So far, no suspect matching the soldiers' description has been found and the officer was taken into questioning.
The train made an emergency stop on the outskirts of Haifa, leading to two people being lightly hurt by the sudden halt. Four others were treated for shock.
