Palestinian police discover captive man in sheep shelter

Palestinian police officials have said that a man was found chained under a structure in one of the villages near Hebron. An initial investigation revealed that the man had been chained in place for 25 years. Palestinian police transferred the man to welfare services, while the captive man's brother was taken into custody.
