Bashar al-Assad: A ceasefire does not mean parties will stop using their weapons

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad said that a ceasefire does not mean that the warring parties will cease using their weapons.

President al-Assad told Syrian television, "A ceasefire means first halting the strengthening of terrorist positions."
