Rabbi Eliezer Berland to remain in custody until Monday
The Lod District Court cancelled the release of Rabbi Eliezer Berland to house arrest, deciding instead to extent his arrest until Monday.
Berland, fled Israel three years ago when called for police questioning on suspicion of sexual harassment. He has wandered from country to country since then, was taken into police custody when he landed in Israel this week.
