A high-voltage power line in the Tel Aviv area has collapsed, leading to the malfunction of traffic lights in about 30 junctures in Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan. As a result, these areas are experiencing heavier-than-usual traffic in the affected areas.
Police are requesting that civilians avoid the area for the time being.
