Putin hopes to meet with Trump for better ties

MOSCOW -- Russian President Vladimir Putin says he hopes to have a meeting with Donald Trump and discuss how to improve ties.
Putin, speaking at a news conference Friday, said the meeting could happen after the US president-elect completes forming his team.
The Russian leader says he agrees with Trump's assessment of the current low level of US-Russian relations, adding that they "can't be worse."
