Katz to present diplomatic plan: Harbor in Gaza, railway to Arab nations

Minister of Transportation Yisrael Katz is planning to present his diplomatic plan to the Security Cabinet on Sunday.

He called for a wide-scale move by Israel that wil go hand-in-hand with the annexation of Ma'ale Adumim in coordination with the US government.

Katz proposed building an artificial island and a harbor in front of the Gaza Strip shoreline, building tracks from the Arabian Peninsula to the Mediterranean Sea and allowing unrestricted construction in Jerusalem and the West Bank for the general public.
