Israeli man critically wounded in Ohio shooting
The unidentified 30-year-old man is suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and is in critical condition at University Hospitals of Cleveland; Police have no suspects, arrests or charges related to the case.
According to a report by local news site Cleveland.com, a 60-year-old woman discovered the man lying in a pool of blood in the driveway of a rental property she was interested in.
Police arrived on the scene and found the man to have suffered from a gunshot wound to his mouth and leg and was transferred to University Hospitals, where he is in critical condition.
According to Cleveland Police, upon their arrival, the victim was conscious and alert and used his hand to indicate that he had been shot.
Cleveland Police have not yet made any announcements related to suspects, arrests or charges in the case.
The Israeli Consulate General to the Mid-Atlantic was notified by Cleveland Police of the incident.
