Shaul family petitions High Court over IDF rabbinical court decision to declare son dead
The family of IDF soldier Oron Shaul, who was killed during Operation Protective Edge and whose body was snatched by Hamas, petitioned the High Court of Justice on Monday against the IDF chief of staff, the head of the IDF Manpower Directorate and the chief military rabbi.
The family demands access to the minutes of the discussions at the rabbinical military court when Shaul was declared a fallen IDF soldier whose place of burial is unknown.
