Reprieves were approved for the Palestinians for the month of Ramadan
The Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories Unit announced that a series of easements will be approved for the month of Ramadan, which will begin Saturday, allowing Palestinians from the West Bank to visit their families in Israel during the week and during the holiday.
Residents of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip will be allowed to enter the Temple Mount for Friday prayers, and residents of the West Bank will be allowed to travel abroad via Ben-Gurion Airport. Operation hours at the crossings will also be extended.
