Man sentenced to 9.5 years in prison for two counts of raping 12 year old girl

The Lod District Court sentenced Daniel Yogev to 9.5 years in prison and NIS 150,000 in restitution for repeated incidents of sexual assault carried out against a 12 year old girl in 2003.
Yogev was 32 at the time of committing the crimes.
He was convicted this past April on two counts of rape, sodomy and sexual assault.
