Opposition Chairman Herzog against Netanyahu: 'Problem isn't governability, it's who governs'
In his opening speech of the Knesset's winter session, Opposition Chairman Yitzhak Herzog attacked Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
"The problem isn't governability, it's the person doing the governing," he said.
"Netanyahu's government is the one who decided to raise the elections threshold in the first place, and now it wants to wave it all away. All born of the most narrow-minded political expediency," he attacked.
