United Nations chief says 'very worried' by Saudi-Lebanon tensions

NEW YORK – UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Friday said he was "very worried" by the escalating tensions between Saudi Arabia and Lebanon, and that it was essential to avert new conflict.

"It is essential that no new conflict erupts in the region. It could have devastating consequences," the United Nations chief told reporters.
