Interior minister to prevent BDS-supporting European parliamentarians from entering Israel
Minister of the Interior Aryeh Deri announced he intends to adopt recommendations made by Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan to prevent European Parliament members and heads of French local authorities from entering Israel due to their activity in the BDS movement.
The delegation, containing 20 participants including French legislators, European Parliament members and French mayors, was supposed to arrive to the region to visit Israel and the Palestinian Authority in about a week.
