Supreme Court will hold session on returning terrorist’s bodies
The President of the Supreme Court Esther Hayut called for an extensive meeting regarding state policy on the return of terrorist’s bodies to their families and the state’s authority to hold onto them.
Hayut declared that until a decision is reached by the court, the state is not required to return the bodies or initiate legislation that would allow it to hold onto the bodies (as bargaining chips).
