BEIRUT - Negotiations to reach a final agreement over the eastern Ghouta city of Douma are underway between Jaish al-Islam rebel group and the Russians, pro-Syrian opposition Orient television reported on Sunday.
There was no immediate comment from Jaish al-Islam, which controls the city.
