State to present status of third country talks to HCJ

The state's representatives are to present the High Court of Justice with the status of talks with a third country—said to be Uganda—regarding receipts of African asylum seekers to be expelled from Israel.

According to estimates, the state will maintain the agreement with Uganda—which allows to deport asylum seekers without their consent—is still in force, despite the Ugandan government's public statements to the contrary.
