PIJ reportedly mulling elections to replace ill secretary-general

The Palestinian Islamic Jihad terror group's upper echelons are mulling elections to replace the organization's ailing secretary-general, Ramadan Shalah, if he is unable to administer his duties, as per sources within the group.
