Police chief: Tensions calmed down a bit in north
Police Commissioner Roni Alsheikh said Wednesday morning tensions have calmed down a bit in northern Israel following an attack in Syria attributed to Israel.
"I'm glad I was able to arrive despite what's going on around," the police chief said at a conference in Herzliya. "It's important to send a message of business-as-usual, and this is part of our mission."
