Police officer suspected for assaulting human rights activist in Haifa removed from his unit

The police announced Wednesday that the police officer investigated on suspicion of assaulting human rights activist Jafar Farah during a demonstration of solidarity with Gaza's residents has been removed for several days from his unit.

The police have stressed that the officer has not been suspended and no significant actions were taken against him.
