Education committee approves 'breaking the silence' bill in first reading

The "breaking the silence" bill initiated by MK Shuli Mualem according to which "organizations acting against IDF soldiers" will not be able to be part of the education system was approved in its first reading by the Knesset's education committee.

The bill was approved with the majority of seven-five.
