PM proposes lowering electoral threshold by half a percent
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu raised the possibility of lowering the electoral threshold by half a percent on Sunday.
Netanyahu told coalition leaders that "it will be done in agreement with all parties. Without such an agreement, we will not move forward with this issue."
