Dozens of people went up to a hill near the settlement of Efrat on Monday, with the intention of setting up an unauthorized Israeli settlement there.
The move is a response to the attack at the Gush Etzion intersection Sunday where Ari Fuld, 40 year old man from Efrat, was murdered.
