Strike announced in village of Palestinian killed in WB

A general strike was declared Saturday in the village of of Biddya in the West Bank following the death of one of the village's resident, Aisha Muhammad Talal Rab, 47, near Tapuach junction in the west bank.

The Palestinians say that the woman was killed by settlers who hurled stones at the vehicle she and her husband were riding in on Friday. In addition, her husband was wounded.

The strike will include all public businesses in the village.

The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
