Incendiary balloon found in Ramla
An incendiary balloon was found Wednesday in the city of Ramla near the Nesharim interchange.
Police sappers who arrived at the scene neutralized the device.
The police urged the public to call the emergency hotline when they locate a suspicious balloon.
