IDF combat soldier accused of hitting a bound Palestinian
An IDF combat soldier from the Home Front Command was accused on Monday of aggravated assault, after the criminal investigation division found he kicked and punched a bound Palestinian detainee in the West Bank on May.
According to the indictment, the soldier assaulted the man while he was blindfolded.
