Be'er Sheva District Court rejects claim filed by Gaza resident
The Be'er Sheva District Court rejected Sunday a civil suit filed by a Palestinian resident of the Bureij refugee camp in the Gaza Strip against the State of Israel, after he was allegedly wounded by IDF fire near the border fence without an operational justification for it.
