Culture Minister Miri Regev slammed the decision to reject Moshe Edri’s appointment as police commissioner: “the Israeli government knows how to take dramatic decisions. Officials should be decided on in the government with the help of a committee, appointed by the relevant minister, that advices on possible candidates.”
