Leftist activist arrested for desecrating grave of Mandelblit’s father

A left wing activist was arrested Sunday on charges of desecrating the grave of Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit’s father in December of 2018. The accused, who regularly participates in demonstrations outside Mandelblit’s home, denies the accusations.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu commented on the news saying that there is incredible and aggressive pressure being applied to submit an indictment against him at any cost.
