Syrian human rights group: 59 victims in north of country on Tuesday

The Syrian Human Rights Watch said Wednesday that 59 people were killed in the north of the country on Tuesday, in the Latakia and Idlib regions. According to the organization, 23 of the casualties were soldiers in Bashar al-Assad's Syrian army.
