Sanders slams Israel for ban on Tlaib, Omar visit
U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders slammed Israel for its decision not to allow two pro-BDS congresswomen into the country on Thursday.
Sanders said in an interview with MSNBC that Israel might consider rejecting financial support it receives from the U.S. if it isn't interested in accepting Congress members into its territory, and tweeted that the decision to ban Congresswomen Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar from entering over BDS support was "a sign of enormous disrespect."
