Trump: We killed al-Baghdadi's heir
U.S. President Donald Trump announced in a tweet on Tuesday that the U.S. Army managed to find and kill the apparent heir of Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
"Just confirmed that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi’s number one replacement has been terminated by American troops," wrote Trump. "Most likely would have taken the top spot - Now he is also Dead!".
