john ,   brussels, belgium   (11.17.06)
yes the 21 killed in beit hanun are also propaganda. How misled we are it was the Palestinians killing each other and dropping shells on other Palestinian's houses so that they could blame Israel. How misled and ignorant we are !!!
33. while I be able to sleep with Katsav or Ramon ???
andy ,   boston, MA   (11.17.06)
They will sure like it !!!
34. John, 21 killed? I don't think so
Jake   (11.18.06)
Then again, the enemies of Israel are experts at cooking up numbers, and are not the least bit embarrassed when the facts are presented in front of them.
35. Anne , that is not allowed; but u can take them with u
Jake   (11.18.06)
Torture is illegal in Israel. But I'll tell you what. On your trip back to the UK, you can take as many Palestinians with you as you like.
36. Anderson, maybe you should have better propaganda in Sweden
Jake   (11.18.06)
because the shameful truth of Sweden is well known and it stinks to high heaven. It is the last country in Europe I would ever visit, and that says a lot.
37. abdul has been looking for a good man

38. To the Belgian TV watchers
charles ,   petach tikva   (11.18.06)
During the 1982 libanon war , i saw the news at 19h30 , on then yet named RTB . An interview with an Israeli officer : What do you think of this war ? I was against .Stop . end of interview . At 20h , on TF1 [ or A2 ] the same interview [ you know , not all TV stations have reporters everywhere , there is a "pool" who sends items to all affiliated stations , and they can add comments , cut parts of an interview , as happened here ] The Israeli officer : I was against , but , when i saw the quantity of arms etc in possesion of the PLO , i knew my governement was right . That's how people are informed in this country by the RTBF . The VRT and VTM [ Flemish ] are less biaised .
39. to John of Brussels
charles ,   petach tikva   (11.18.06)
If you know a little bit of history : Did you hear about a man named Jacques ? He was also Jewish . If you do not know , ask elder Jewish Brusseleers . You are the same kind of a jew [ sans majuscule pour des traitres ]

The only traitors here are the Jews that with their toll of daily massacres and their search for justification are giving Jews a bad name. War criminals, luckily the world is waking up to daily Israeli crimes, in spite of thousands of Paula Abduls and other mediocre people.
42. to jacques john of Brussels
charles ,   petach tikva   (11.19.06)
Do you need some other terrorist attacks in Europe to understand what we are living here ? Regarding "mediocre" Jews as you write , I'm proud to be part of them , Jews who were awarded more than 150 Nobel prizes . How many to your , more than 1 milliard muslim friends ? Toll of daily killings : look at Irak , there those killed are by their own brethren , how much every day ? and there it's not in self defense ! Do you know already who was jacques ?
43. to charles
john ,   brussels, belgium   (11.19.06)
You simply do not understand. When I refer to mediocre Jews I refer to people like Paula Abdul, if Israel thinks people like Paula Abdul are going to do the PR stunt for Israel, really that shows a lot...As for Nobel Prizes, funny there haven't been many Chinese or Russians for that matter in the last. Only a fool would not know that Nobel Prizes are bought and sold like supermarket meat. Are the Chinese or Russians stupid, who do not have many Nobel Prizes either ??? Bu the way I am curious to know why Zionist Jews in Belgium vote for the extreme right here in Belgium, the same extreme right that happily collaborated with the Nazis in WWII. Maybe you would have an answer to that. It is tribe guided Jews like yourself who rush to justify every atrocity committed by Israel in the name of self-defense (nobody believes that crap anymore) that give Jews a bad name...

abie f ,   brooklyn ny usa   (11.19.06)
im a syrian jew and looking for a nice syrian girl like jessica alba who knows how to make yebra and mechshee like alan miz's mother
46. to jacques john of Brussels

If you think Nobel prizes can be bought [ stupid thinking ], as why Boris Pasternak has declined and Jean Paul Sartre refused the Prizes ? [ cfr grand larousse 10 vols ] If for the Peace prizes there are political influences that's understandable . Inexistant for other prizes . Out of this i can give you a great list of Jewish contributors to humanity . Blood transfusion , penicilline [ the production of ] vitamines , diabetes , cholera all were work of Jews . That the Russian or Chinese did not contribute so much is a fact . Maybe because in Russia independant research was not in the 5 years plans ? Paula Abdul is a mediocre in your eyes , you have not to like her [ les gouts et les couleurs ] But many hunders of thousands are great fans of her . Who is great in your eyes ? Serge Gainsbourg ? Michel Berger ? Barbara ? [ all three Jewish ] Regarding Jewish vote for the extreme right vlaams belang [ ex blok ] It's painfull , and you are right to criticise this . Those who did it said : enemy's of my enemy are my friends . This is short viewed and stupid . In Antwerpen , the VB was the only party against a muslim manifestation . Those manifesters wanted to go to the Jewish side of the town , but police prevented this , and they went to the main street [ Meir ] and caused much damage . And those voters were not Zionist as you say , many of them were ultra charidim , and anti Zionists . You are to brainwashed by the ultra leftist ! Crimes comitted by Israel : no palestinian innocent victim was a deliberate target of IDF . There were some errors , or innocent bystanders who were killed . But in no way were innocent people targeted . You probably not want to know that in Jenin 13 Israeli soldiers were killed by palestinians , only because the IDF did not want to use heavy armour , for not to kill innocent people .
47. to charles: these are the jews you like
john ,   brussels, belgium   (11.19.06)
A 19-year old Swedish human rights worker had her cheekbone broken by an Israeli settler in Hebron today. Tove Johansson from Stockholm walked through the Tel Rumeida checkpoint with a small group of human rights workers to accompany Palestinian schoolchildren to their homes. They were confronted by about 100 settlers in small groups, who started chanting in Hebrew “We killed Jesus, we’ll kill you too!”, a refrain the settlers had been repeating to internationals in Tel Rumeida all day. After about thirty seconds of waiting, a small group of very aggressive settler men surrounded the international volunteers and began spitting at them, so much so that the internationals described it like “rain.” Then settler men from the back of the crowd began jumping up and spitting, while others kicked the volunteers from the back of the crowd and from the side. The soldiers who were standing just a few feet behind the internationals at the checkpoint just looked on as the internationals were being attacked. One settler then hit Tove on the left side of her face with an empty bottle, breaking it on her face and leaving her with a broken cheekbone. She immediately fell to the ground and the group of settlers who were watching began to clap, cheer, and chant.
48. more about the jews you like
john ,   brussels, belgium   (11.19.06)
At this point, an international was taken into a police van and asked to identify who had attacked the group. The international did this, pointing out three settlers who the police took into their police vehicles. However, the settlers were all driven to different areas of the neighborhood and released nearly immediately. When one settler was released on Shuhada Street, the settler crowd that was still celebrating the woman’s injuries applauded and cheered. A settler medic came to the scene about 15 minutes after the attack and immediately began interrogating the internationals who had been attacked, about why they were in Hebron. He refused to help the bleeding woman lying on the street in any way . Five minutes after the settler medic arrived, the army medic arrived and began treating the injured woman. When she was later put on a stretcher, the crowd of settlers again clapped and cheered.

john ,   brussels, belgium   (11.19.06)
Police officers at the scene then immediately began threatening to arrest the remaining internationals if they did not immediately leave the area, though they had also just been attacked. The injured woman was taken to Kiryat Arba settlement and then to Hadassah Ein Keren hospital in Jerusalem. Internationals were later told by the police that the police had not even taken the names of the settlers who were identified as having attacked the internationals and that one of the main assailants had simply told the police that he was due at the airport in two hours to fly back to France. Earlier in the day at least 5 Palestinians, including a 3-year old child, were injured by settlers, who rampaged through Tel Rumeida hurling stones and bottles at local residents. Palestinian schoolchildren on their way home were also attacked. The IDF, which was intensively deployed in the area, did not intervene to stop the settlers.
50. jake- stop apologizing for your war crimes incl. torture

i do not like some settlers , I'm not a baruch goldstein's fan . and i'm not a settler . Where did you read this ? le Soir ? you know [ you do'nt want to know ] that generally Colette Braeckman's articles are so biaised , and against Israel . Listen to the news of Radio Judaica , they have fine interviews , even with your friends the Israel haters . What about the Jewish contribution ? You have to boycott many things , also your PC , many parts and systems were projected here in this country you hate . Do you know already who this jacques was ?
52. to charles
john ,   brussels, belgium   (11.19.06)
The source is not Le Soir, it is not a Belgian source. About your comment, that is the problem with you Israeli apologists: you think that anybody who criticises Israel hates Israel and that is not the case. I criticise Belgium because specially in the Flemish part too many people vote for the extreme right (and a good number of Zionist Jews) and yet I do not hate Belgium, much to the contrary. The same with Israel: I have been to Israel and do like it, but do not like the treatment meted out on the Palestinians. Stop abusing and massacring the Palestinians, treat them as equals not as untermenschen and there will be no need for criticism nor boycotts.
53. to jacques john
charles ,   petach tikva   (11.19.06)
You said it , a military medic arrived at the scene and immediatly treated this wounded women . That confirms only what i tell to you : This is part of the Israeli policy , not to hurt innocent people . What private people do , difficult to control . It's easier for the palestinian authority to control the quassam launchers , but they do'nt even think about doing this . and then they cry when Israel's IDF responds . and i ask you again : where did you read this stuff ? what's about the Jewish contribution to the world ?
54. to charles
john ,   brussels   (11.20.06)
You have to read the whole article not just the article between the lines or selectively: "However, the settlers were all driven to different areas of the neighborhood and released nearly immediately." "Police officers at the scene then immediately began threatening to arrest the remaining internationals if they did not immediately leave the area, though they had also just been attacked." "Internationals were later told by the police that the police had not even taken the names of the settlers who were identified as having attacked the internationals" "The IDF, which was intensively deployed in the area, did not intervene to stop the settlers. " The Palestinians may have a laissez-faire attitude toward Qassams (though I am not sure a powerless gvt like theirs may control the situation) but this article shows the same laissez-faire attitude towards the abuses of some individuals. And I know because I have been to Hebron myself. As for not targeting civilians, well I doubt it, but even giving it to you, many actions by the Israeli army may not target civilians but they do show recklessness towards the civilian population in which then amounts to the same. You may drop a one ton bomb on a residential building in order to get a "militant" and kill him and 16 civilians in the process and say we did not target the civilians, we targeted the militant, but this still shows a criminal neglect for civilian lives which amounts to the same.

I admire your persistent quest for well informed justice and intelligent compassion. In the light of your unbiased, non-prejudiced attitude - do you also go on Arab media channels and criticize them for their wrongdoings/mistakes/fight for freedom? Or do you believe that they've been doing everything without a single flaw or mistake?
56. there hasn't been this much excitement
Lina ,   NJ, USA   (11.20.06)
over Paula Abdul since her last hit. No, I don't mean the singing show for the voting idiots on a delusional power trip. I mean her real last hit in 1992 or something.
57. Paula Abdul
Margaret   (11.20.06)
Is a really pretty lady but I am bit surprised she is Jewish. Did she convert? Abdul sounds more like an Arabic name.

I asked you already , without any answer , where do you take your informations . not necesairry to write me again without an answer . Regarding the facts [?] that you tell , if they are true , B'tselem , the pro palestinian human rights activists ,will go to the courts , high court of justice included . They have already , more than one time judged in favour of palestinians , demolition of security fence to remove it was ordered . Probably what you tell is not so true . Now that you told me you've been in Hebron , i know that you try to sell those misinformations . Pas plus sourd que celui qui ne veut pas entendre . This to say again : IDF do not target civilians , as your friends are doing . This morning already 7 qassams on Sderot , is this not intended to kill civilians ?
59. John from Brussels
Margaret   (11.20.06)
The incident you mentioned is very unfortunate,I am sorry it happened but I find it very hard to believe this was a totally onesided act of violence as you said. The international so called human right workers are very pro Arab and if there is violence between Arab and Jews they will usually only interview the Arabs and not even talk to the Jewish settlers and get their side of the story. Also, you said in your post the Hebron Jews chanted "we killed Jesus and will kill you" that is nothing but an age old blood libel directed against the Jewish people by antisemities And for that reason I find it difficult to believe the crowd really said that. Also, most of the time the Arabs are just as guilty of violence and have in reality commited more crimes against Jewish people living in the West Bank as the Jews have against them.I won't even mention them all here because it would take too long. But I will just say it was a well known fact that most Jews don't drive or walk into Arab towns for fear of being attacked or killed by the Arabs. It's sad people can't get along and that there is so much racism on both sides.I look forward to the day when both Jews and Arabs can live wherever they want as long as they live peacefully alongside their neighbors whoever they maybe.

john ,   brussels   (11.20.06)
Margaret I appreciate your well-intentioned comment. Unfortunately I have been to hebron, I stayed there for a week, and I can tell you that settlers from Kyriat Arba settlement are not reasonable people. I do not know if you have been to Hebron but walking through the city center, that has completely been destroyed by the crazy settlers, with the Arabs stores closed and painted with Stars of David, was really a disheatening experience. Like walking to the city center towards the mosque/synagogue and seeing the crazy settlers throwing garbage to the passer-byes like myself. I do not think at least in the case of Hebron that the Arabs are the problem there, rather it is a bunch of fanatic settlers who would only like to see the Arabs dead or thrown to the sea. I totally agree with you, and I wish Jews and Arabs could live together once and for all.
