1. Since you cite religious law, tell us exactly what is the exact wording of the Halacha that specifically states that women have to sit in the back of the bus? What about planes? 2. Which Sefer, which page etc. is that Halacha written in? Also tell us who are each of the individual talmideh ch'ach'amim who rendered this Psak Din? 3. When did that Psak Din occur? It would be a great mitzvah and you would be greatly "mezakeh et harabim" if you could provide the same information to all the rabbis worldwide so they too could tell their kehilot about this critically important Halacha. I think this guy and guys like him are schmucks that give us all a bad name, and I'm all for them theirs by fellow passengers (woop a-s that is), but to be arrested for sexual assault? Since when is the term "shiksa" a slut? Isn't it simply the term for a non-Jewish female? I remember that my friend's uncle often called me "the little shiksa" because people used to think I was Irish...and he certainly wasn't calling me a slut when I was still in elementary school. But having said that, by mistakenly claiming that the word shiksa was used to describe a slut, it reinforces some of the mistaken notions that Jews use what are actually rather benign words because they are anti-Christian. It's the same thing with the term goy...which is Yiddish for a non-Jew without being pejorative unless somebody wants to use it that way...and isn't that the same thing with the word Jew? Maybe the fact that this religious fanatic used it with that disgusting venomous attitude makes it seem that it was an insult. But perhaps getting himself arrested will make him think twice the next time...although I tend to doubt it.

Israelian women, that have fought side by side with men, and are so patriotic, are being humiliated by religious fundamentalists that endorse a male oppression on the way of islamic countries or christian ones during Middle Age. When someone call's a girl a Shikse it's not always pejorative . All depends how and who said it . My sister ZL called her daughter "shiksele" , she was a blond haired little girl . But generally this is pejorative . I prefer Non Jewish .
