61. What idiots do for 15 minutes of fame
Gee ,   Zikron Yaakov   (08.06.13)
If he wishes to prove that we indeed do own all the land west of the Jordan River - go ahead. But trying to prove any Jew or the current government had anything at all to do with what may or may not have actually taken place 2,000 years ago - well that is good for a laugh
62. REALLY ??????
Abie Dee ,   New York, US   (08.06.13)
How about the State of Israel and the entire world Jewish community suing the international community and the Vatican for the millions of Jews over the centuries who were slaughtered simply because of the crucifixion of JC. And the millions who were burned on the cross for refusing to convert... and for all those who voluntarily converted simply because the world made it so difficult to remain Jewish. And for those who lost all their property and were forced to flee because of pogroms against 'the killers of christ'. Let's take it the Hague !!!!

69. Several Problems...
Robert White ,   Renton, WA, USA   (08.06.13)
Skipping the whole "was Jesus an actual person", and hand waving past the whole "everybody involved is very very dead", and even skittering past the fact that the entity he intends to sue was only created in the 1940s... I see two problems: (1) The _Romans_ killed Jesus, and they oversaw the legal proceedings --- who washed whos hands there buddy? (2) If Jesus hadn't been crucified there would be no Christianity, the central tenant of that faith is that god sent Jesus to meet that exact fate. So this attention seeking tool is both not a good lawyer and is totally unfamiliar with the basis of his own faith.
70. to #40
Jesse ,   The Netherlands   (08.06.13)
He did testify. He said, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do." He testified that he gave His life, not that it was taken from Him. Also, habeus corpus, though slowly (contextually) disappearing from our system, is still a fundamental (foundational) portion of our laws. And nobody can produce that body! Cheers

Whole-heartedly agreeing with every portion of your comment.
72. # 70 Jesse
Sagi   (08.07.13)
As I explained in my # 49 Habeas Corpus has nothing whatsoever to do with requiring a body as evidence in a murder case. Note the spelling, HABEAS, NOT US.
73. #60 No you didn't, I did
A ,   Belgium   (08.07.13)
So what you gonna do, Indidis, sue me? And YOU #60, Andy Warhol said everyone is entitled to 15 minutes of fame, or something like that. Better find me a Kenyan lawyer to clarify that . Anyway, stay out of my 15 minutes...please?
74. Christians and their leaders killed Jon de Arc! Bad people!?
(08.07.13)
Are we now supposed to hate Christians and the church for killing Jon De Ark? she was a holy woman, sent from God, and killed by Christians and Church leaders. Its good that we Jews don't believe in this kind of screwed, hateful and illogical reasoning!
75. I'll sue your mom for giving birth to you.

76. Jesus gave his life, it was not taken from him
crown ,   Jerusalem   (08.13.13)
Any real Christian would know that Jesus gave his life and it was not taken from him. Isaiah 53 Yet it was the Lord’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the Lord makes his life an offering for sin ", This guy is just trying to make money. Jesus never needed a lawyer, this guy is a shame.
