According to the indictment, on April 4 at 2 am, an argument broke out between the two, while the man was drinking beer and taking pills. As a result, the woman decided to leave the residence. The defendant went after her, and broke her car’s side mirror and windshield.
The woman returned to the house, where she was attacked by her husband, who poured coffee grains and sugar on her hand and demanded that she “clean it up quickly.”
In the previous incident which took place in December, the man attacked his wife while he was under the influence of alcohol, pushed her to a wall and told her, “You are a whore, trash, you are a shitty wife.”
He then pulled down her pants, pulled her hair and hit her. According to the woman, her husband said he was not afraid to go to jail, as he had been imprisoned in the past.
The husband was arrested on April 4 after officers were called in to the couple's home and found the woman crying, upset and wet. During questioning, the man admitted to having been involved, but denied using violence.
