One of the vehicles veered into the opposite lane for unknown reasons and rammed into a pick-up truck traveling in the opposite direction. The injured were treated by paramedics from the Palestine Red Crescent Society and were later evacuated to a hospital in the Palestinian territories.
A camera installed in a vehicle that was travelling behind the car that veered off its lane documented the accident.
The accident occurred on Highway 60, which runs across West Bank.
Traffic police from the Shai Sub-District have launched an investigation into the deadly crash.
Three people have been killed and several others have been injured in accidents on Highway 90 over the past few months.
The driver who documented Sunday's accident said he had installed the camera in his car because of the reckless driving in the area. "It has become intolerable," he told Ynet.
