Four residents of south Tel Aviv
were arrested Tuesday for suspicion of attacking African migrants
with clubs and bottles and of stealing their possessions, Yedioth Ahronoth reported Wednesday.
Police launched a covert investigation several weeks ago after receiving complaints from five different sources about attacks of a similar nature against migrants.

Victims reported to have been attacked by men who stole money and possession from them.
Following the covert investigation, the four, aged 22-23, were arrested.
Questioning revealed that the four would wander the streets of south Tel Aviv in search for African migrants walking by themselves. Upon spotting an African national by himself, they would attack and rob him.
The suspects stole money, mobile phones and bicycle.
Police suspect there might be other victims and investigation is ongoing.
