A new video has emerged over the weekend showing the stabbing attack that wounded a IDF soldier and Yitzhak Struck, the son of former Bayit Yehudi MK Orit Struck, near the Beit Hadassah checkpoint in Hebron on Wednesday.
In the video, attacker Abd al-Rahman Maswada, a cousin of Ihab Maswada who carried out the stabbing attack in Hebron earlier in the week, is seen being called over by an IDF soldier, who asks Maswada for identification.
While the soldier examines Maswada's documents, he is seen pulling out a knife and jumping the soldier, violently stabbing him over and over.
He stops only after being shot and killed by other soldiers at the scene.
The soldier was lightly wounded in the attack, suffering stab wounds to his upper body, while Yitzhak Struck, a civilian who was on the scene, was also lightly wounded, suffering stab wounds to his leg. Both have already been released from the hospital.
