The Knesset's English-language website
was re-launched last week with a new format and a modern design.
The new website features in-depth articles about various parliamentary issues alongside news items on the Knesset's routine activity, important debates and special events. In addition, readers can view the daily agendas of the various Knesset committees and even take a virtual tour of the parliament building in Jerusalem.
The website, in its new format, gives English-speaking audiences in Israel and abroad, as well as parliaments, academic institutions and Jewish communities overseas, access to a wide variety of news items and parliamentary material related to the Israeli legislature.

Knesset Speaker Edelstein says launch of environmental initiative part of 'irreversible policy' led by parliament; project includes installation of solar panels, LED bulbs, water desalination.
The editor of the Knesset's English-language website is Dan Bentsur, a journalist and former editor-in-chief of Ynetnews.
Knesset Director-General Ronen Plot welcomed the launch of the new English-language website, saying it marked another significant step in the upgrade of the Knesset's general website, the parliament's "display window" in Israel and the world.
Meanwhile, the graphic design of the Knesset websites in Arabic and Russian has also been upgraded.
