Manhunt underway in Tel Aviv for suspected terrorist
The alleged terrorist tried to stab a soldier in north Tel Aviv; the soldier ran away and the suspect escaped in his vehicle.
The soldier reported that the suspect arrived in a vehicle at the corner of Ibn Gabirol Street and Rokach Boulevard, started talking with him and suddenly took out a knife in an attempt to stab him.
The soldier ran away and the suspect fled in his car. But police also believe that the suspect may have fled by foot.
Police are now searching the area for the suspect. Police stated that there are no instructions being given for children to stay inside schools.
On Monday, four soldiers were lightly wounded in two vehicular attacks near Kiryat Arba in the West Bank. In the first incident, two terrorists with weapons tried to run over and shoot soldiers. They were shot dead. Minutes later another vehicle tried to run over soldiers, the terrorist was shot dead.
