Meanwhile, IDF troops nabbed a wanted Islamic Jihad member in the West Bank twon of Hebron early Tuesday.

The soldiers encircled the building where the wanted Palestinian was hiding and spotted him as he was making his escape.

When the fleeing terrorist did not comply with the soldiers’ order to stop, they pursued to open fire at him.

The Palestinian sustained serious injuries in the incident.

Following the recent escalation in terror, Israel has heightened its efforts against Islamic Jihad, which announced it is not committed to the agreed upon lull.
