Even the most powerful people in the world “have to go” sometimes.

Reuters photographer Rick Wilkins captured this kind of moment during the opening session of the United Nations 60th anniversary assembly.

The photo shows the hand of a person described by Reuters as U.S. President George W. Bush scribbling with a pencil on a piece of paper which already bears the message “I think I may need a bathroom break…”

According to the photo caption, the note was intended for none other than U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

There is almost no doubt that this picture will receive a tremendous amount of attention in the American and global media and is certain to produce even more jokes and insults directed at President Bush, who has been the target of ridicule throughout his terms in office.
