TV: Doctors decide to begin rousing Sharon from coma

Ariel Sharon's doctors gave the final go-ahead on Monday for efforts to rouse the Israeli prime minister from a coma induced last week after he suffered a massive stroke, Israel Television reported.

Channel One television said doctors hoped to see an initial response from Sharon within minutes of reducing his level of sedation. (Reuters)
